Please submit this form with as much detail as possible including any artwork mock ups, design elements, example spreadsheets, detail on work, field mapping etc. If there is not enough detail the team may come back to you and ask you to resubmit with more detail, which may delay the quoting process.
Change Request Process:
Please note we work in two week sprint cycles, once the required detail is received, this will be assigned to an upcoming sprint to create a quote for you.
Once the quote is approved, the work will be scheduled in an upcoming available sprint.
Please keep this in mind and provide as much notice as possible for completition, once a sprint has commenced scheduled we can not add in any other work.
