By checking this box, I hereby agree and give my permission for Ink or Dye Studio and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (referred to as "Works" hereinafter) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Ink or Dye Studio website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of Ink or Dye Studio's control. I agree that I will not hold Ink or Dye Studio responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.

Terms & Conditions

This application commences upon completion and submission Vendor interest and to participate in Tattoos for a Cause. Approval or declination of application will be notified to applicant as soon as feasible without guaranteed time frame. Approval of vendor application will proceed in effect through particpation of Event, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms contained herein. Further documentation and information will be forwarded to Vendor uppon approval. Participation hereinafter will be mandatory in terms of any requested information, documentation, or meetings regarding Event by Ink or Dye Studio.

Ink or Dye Studio will provide Vendor their own space alongside the designated streets, limited to a 10'x10' space per vendor. We will not accept requests regarding speficied Vendor location and setup for Event, and Vendor agrees to oblige by designated areas as determined by Ink or Dye Studio. Vendor is responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, and any other supplies as needed. Electricity will be provided to our main stage performers, however Vendor will not have access to any electrical use as provided by the town or Ink or Dye Studio. To abide by strict requirements in place to preserve the Courthouse Green area, all vendors are prohibited from placing tables, tents, stakes or anything else that could damage the Green. Vendor will be 100% responsible in the event damages should occur on their behalf. Event will be hosted rain or shine, and it is the Vendor's reponsibility to assume presentation regardless of weather. In the event Vendor needs to cancel participation, Vendor agrees to forefit their hosted slot for Event. If, for an unforseen reason, this Event is cancelled or rescheduled, Vendor will be notified immediately.

For-profit Vendor will agree to a minimum $150 booth fee directly towards Ink or Dye Studio following approval of application. This will be received in the form of one nonrefundable payment of a sum no greater than $154.50; With $150 per towards booth fee, and a 3% surcharge for all online transactions. The first payment is due, upon application approval, immediately upon approval Vendor agrees to forfeit slot without fee payments within set due dates. All booth fees will be donated directly to the Recovery Awareness Foundation. This fee is 100% tax-refundable, to which a receipt will be provided upon payment. This fee is not required by non-profit Vendor. Larger sponsorship tiers will follow in similar fashion. Payment plans available upon discretion and must email Ink or Dye Studio directly to discuss details.

Ink or Dye Studio shall not be responsible for any Vendor transactions or management before, during or after in relationship to Event. Ink or Dye Studio shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by Vendor, including (but not limited to) damage to Vendor product and property (including personal and automobiles), loss of sales, or injury that may occur in relationship to Event. Vendor acknlowedges its' liability in the Event such damages occur and agrees to withhold responsibility of Ink or Dye Studio. Vendor represents that it has, or will have at the time of the Event, appropriate insurance or permits to cover liability for the types of sales or activities vendor will conduct. Vendor will uphold these policies for participation and agrees to immediatley contact Ink or Dye Studio with any concerns regarding such.
