This workshop will cover topics such as:

- Power & privilege
- Diversity beyond the observable
- Unconscious bias
- Emotional Intelligence & self-awareness
- Tips to foster an inclusive work environment
- Understanding equity- discover the true meaning of equity that goes
beyond “sameness”
- Top leadership qualities- Leadership has to do with people.

This workshop is presented twice:
