    Memorial Jewelry Liability Waiver

  • 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that the use of the handmade memorial rings and necklaces may involve certain risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritation, and accidental ingestion. I understand and I am solely responsible for any consequences that may arise from wearing and using these products


    2. Release of Liability: I hereby release Lori & Co. And it’s owner, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers from any and all liability for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from or related to the use of the handmade memorial rings and necklaces, including but no limited to personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death

    3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold Lori & Co. and it’s owner, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers harmless from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to my use of the handmade memorial rings and necklaces

    4. Handmade Nature of the Product: I understand and acknowledge that the handmade memorial rings and necklaces are unique and may have slight variations from the product photos shown on Lori & Co. Website. I accept any variations as a part of the products handmade nature and agree that they do not diminish the value or quality of the product


    5. Voluntary agreement: I certify that I am purchasing and using the handmade memorial rings and necklaces voluntarily and that I have read and understand this liability waiver. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to ask any questions that I may have regarding this waiver before signing it

    6. Binding Effect: This liability waiver shall be binding upon me and my heirs, executors, administrations, and assigns


    7. I understand the approximate turnaround time of all memorial jewelry time is 6 weeks

    8. I understand and agree to my choice in jewelry (Example: Ring size, resin colour) and my decision as to what to do with leftover ashes once the order is complete

    I, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for conditions for purchasing and using the handmade memorial rings and necklaces offered by Lori & Co.

  • Should be Empty:
