If you are planning to attend an event as Media, you MUST sign up with SNORE two weeks prior to the event. All registration for Media will be closes two weeks before the event and there will be NO day of registers for Media. Media registration is $50 per person, per event.

MEDIA RULES & REGULATIONS
1. MEDIA CREDENTIAL REQUESTS

Please submit requests for Media Credentials no later than TWO WEEKS prior to each race.

Requirements to qualify for a media credential are:
- Proof of media affiliation must be shown in the form of either a media website (in advance) or a business card indicating individual’s eligibility as a member of the working press.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must sign the media liability waiver.
- Must sign and agree to all the Media Rules and Regulations.
- Pay the REFUNDABLE Deposit required by SNORE prior to the event.
- Pay the Media Credential Fee.
2. MANDATORY SAFETY VESTS AND SAFETY VEHICLE WHIPS

All media personnel must wear safety vests on the course with “MEDIA” on the back. This is a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Directive. This mandatory vest must be supplied by the individual. All media personnel must also wear an event media badge and display the event vehicle pass on personal vehicle in order to be allowed press access.

All media personnel will be required by SNORE and BLM to have a SNORE provided safety vehicle whip on their vehicle during the event. You will pick up this whip at media check in. NO EXCEPTIONS.

3. CONDUCT DURING THE RACE

ALL media must follow the attached stipulations provided by the BLM. Any media not following these stipulations will not receive their deposit back and will not be allowed at any further SNORE events for a minimum of one year.

Persons with media credentials have access to the course as described by the BLM and SNORE. Media vehicles must be parked as far off the course as reasonable possible.

4. REVOCATION OF PRIVILEGES

Failure to adhere to any of these rules will result in the immediate revocation of Media Credentials. If you are found on the course without authorization, you will be asked to move to a designated spectator area. Failure to immediately comply may result in a citation and/or fine and will no longer be allowed as media at any future SNORE events for a minimum of one year.

Media credentials are issued at the sole discretion of SNORE. Persons requesting credentials must be members of the working press as outlined above. SNORE reserves the right to deny issuance of credentials to any person for any SNORE event.

EVENT RESTRICTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

In consideration of the acceptance of me being permitted to take part in this event, I for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns agree to save harmless and keep indemnified S.N.O.R.E., LTD., its individual members and their respective agents, officers, officials, servants, representatives, the owner, curator, lessors, agencies, (including but not limited to Federal, State, County, and City) or managers of a land upon which this event takes place on from and against all actions, climas, costs, and expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with my entry or participation in this event, and not withstanding that the same may have contributed to, occasioned by, or directly caused by the negligence of said bodies, their agents, officials, servants, or representatives.

I know the risks of danger to myself and my property while I am filming, videoing and/or taking still pictures of the event and while upon the event premises and relying upon my own judgement and ability, assume all risk of loss and take full responsibility for risk of bodily injury, death, and/or property damage due to the negligence of myself or my company or those under my supervision.
