Payment terms:

50% deposit is due within 7 days upon booth placement in our online platform.

For applications received after December 11th, 2024, 100% payment is due within 7 days after booth placement in our online platform.
Cancellation Policy:

IIAR will refund the deposit, less an administrative fee of $380, for cancellations received in writing before November 20, 2024.

A refund of 50% of the payment received will be made for cancellations received in writing after November 20, 2024, and before December 20, 2024.

No refunds will be issued after December 30, 2024.
