    2025 IIAR Natural Refrigeration Conference & Heavy Equipment Expo
    • INSTRUCTIONS - PLEASE READ 

    • Complete the following application to confirm exhibit space and Product Showcase Presentation spots.

      If you would like to take advantage of the IIAR members discounted rates, verify your membership status immediately after submitting this application.

      Update your membership status, if needed, by logging into your iiar account or emailing membership@iiar.org.

      Payment terms:

      1. 50% deposit is due within 7 days upon booth placement in our online platform.

      2. For applications received after December 11th, 2024, 100% payment is due within 7 days after booth placement in our online platform. 

      Cancellation Policy:

      • IIAR will refund the deposit, less an administrative fee of $380, for cancellations received in writing before November 20, 2024.

      • A refund of 50% of the payment received will be made for cancellations received in writing after November 20, 2024, and before December 20, 2024.

      • No refunds will be issued after December 30, 2024.

      Please let us know how much space you require by selecting the TOTAL area you will prefer for your company booth below. Detailed pricing can be found in the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations included at the bottom of this application.

      List exhibiting companies that you prefer NOT to be located next to or adjacent from. IIAR staff will do their best to avoid placing your company by these companies, but we strongly recommend checking the floorplan after booth placement to confirm your company's assigned space.

      Exhibitors who are IIAR members in good standing may request to present a Product Showcase presentation during exhibit hall hours at the Conference. Presentation dates and times are posted below. Limited presentation spots are available ONLY to exhibiting companies.

    • At this time, all Product Showcase spots have been sold.  If you would like to be entered in the waiting list in case there is any cancellations, please select "Yes" below.

      The Exhibitor Rules and Regulations constitute the 2025 IIAR Exhibit Space and Product Showcase Contract. Please read them carefully. You must agree to abide by the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations to exhibit at the 2025 IIAR Natural Refrigeration Conference & Heavy Equipment Expo. If not outlined below, IIAR follows the IAEE Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations.
