Registration for Adult Volunteers

If not already current with the Diocesan requirements for working with children, adults participating in our program will need to:

1. Complete a background screening with fingerprinting and
2. Complete abuse prevention education

Please come into the parish office as soon as possible to begin this process, or call our front desk to verify that your file is up to date.

Let us know if you completed volunteer requirements with St. Paul Catholic School, so we can verify records with the school office.

Our program will begin at 8am with dismissal at noon,

Monday 6/26/23 through Friday 6/30.

For our program to be successful, we need adult leaders present at 7:45 (before children arrive) through 12:30.

There is no fee for any child in the family if an adult guardian is volunteering for the duration of the week.

In asking to help serve as a Program Volunteer, we can only give what we have received. We must be intentional in being disciples ourselves before we can form disciples. Our witness in word, lifestyle, behavior, and conduct must show obedience to the moral teachings of the Catholic Church. Our speech and behavior should clearly show our commitment to Christ and His Church.

With my signature below, I confirm that I understand this responsibility to model good conduct, courtesy, and discipleship in all aspects of my life at St. Paul Catholic Church and in the world. I agree to comply with all safety and behavior policies as set forth by the Diocese of Pensacola - Tallahassee for the protection of youth during my participation in this program. I will work to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants in my charge. I will refrain from any actions or behaviors that are not consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church and any that could be potentially harmful to myself or to any other participants.

ADULT CONSENT AND RELEASE FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT

In Case of Emergency, and in the event that I am not coherent or conscious, I hereby grant St. Paul Staff permission to act on my behalf in seeking emergency medical treatment for myself in the event that such treatment is deemed necessary. I hereby give permission to emergency and hospital personnel to release information on my condition to the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee and St. Paul Parish personnel. I hereby give my permission to those administering medical treatment to do so. I further absolve and release St. Paul Parish, its Pastor, employees, and volunteers, as well as the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee and its employees, from any liability whatsoever when acting on my behalf in regard to medical treatment, and in any other respect deemed necessary should I become incapacitated.
