CONTINGENCY SPONSOR REGISTRATION

Hello and thank you for your interest in becoming a Contingency Partner with SNORE! For those returning, welcome back and THANK YOU for your continued support! I am VERY excited to be back – I have missed you all!! Please provide the following information / items with your 2024 Contingency Partner Agreement:

• High Resolution Image of your Company Logo. To be displayed on the SNORE website.
• URL Address where you would like the Displayed Logo to Hyperlink to your website. For Example: Your Homepage, Account Log-in Page, Company Info Page etc.
• Required decals can be brought with you if you are planning to vend and if not, please mail to Contingency Director at least 1 week prior to event. Please be mindful of our 2 large races of 300-400 plus entries.
• Any additional pages required to explain your Contingency Award Info. This includes Product/Cash amounts & Descriptions, Method(s), Eligibility Requirements, and any additional Contingency Award Opportunities (ask for more info on this if interested). PLEASE BE AS SPECIFIC WITH THESE AS POSSIBLE so there is no question of eligibility.

EXAMPLE:

• Light Manufacturer: Exclusive use of your lights on the car. All entrants must start and finish the race with lights on the vehicle, barring unforeseen circumstances.
• Tire & Wheel Manufacturer: All entrants must start and finish the race with all 4 tires/wheels matching your brand.
• Shocks: All shocks must be of the same manufacturer, etc.

Contingency Award results will be emailed within 3 weeks of each race’s “Official Results” being posted. Please send an acknowledgement reply after each race, so I know you have received the results. If you do not receive the results within those 3 weeks, please contact me.

All postings must stand a reasonable chance of being awarded. All product awards must be of reasonable value. All postings are subject to the review and approval of SNORE.

ALL AWARDS MUST BE DISTRIBUTED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF EVENT

Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold SNORE, Ltd. (Southern Nevada Off Road Enthusiasts), its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (the "indemnitees") harmless against, and in respect of, any and all claims, losses, expenses, costs, obligations and liabilities asserted or imposed upon any indemnitee in connection with, or arising out of, any claim, action, suit, proceeding, or appeal (such expenses to include the cost of reasonable settlements made with a view of curtailment of the costs of litigation) which result from the negligent act or omission of Sponsor. Sponsor shall not admit liability for or settle any claim, action, suit, proceeding, or appeal or incur any costs or expenses which are subject to this indemnification without the express written consent SNORE, Ltd.
