  • Help support the longest running downtown Halloween event in Walnut Creek. An average of 1,000 children come out to participate in this fun and safe activity. This is an excellent opportunity for your business to participate in an amazing community gathering and be recognized as a Walnut Creek Community Partner.

    Spooktacular Stroll is a free event for children and families in our community. Trick-or-treaters will receive a map of participating businesses at the check-in location, then proceed to visit downtown storefronts as they collect Halloween candy.

    We are thrilled to announce many exciting additions to one of our most anticipated events of the year. Spooktacular Stroll will have many activities including:

    • Face painting
    • Selfie stations with goblins and ghosts throughout downtown
    • Kids Halloween crafts
    • Games and prizes
    • Pumpkin Coloring Contest

    This event is part of Walnut Creek Boo Bash—a special Halloween celebration featuring the Walnut Creek Downtown Spooktacular Stroll from 12–3pm, followed by Walnut Creek Arts + Rec Trunk Or Treat event in Civic Park from 3–6pm. Please email services@walnutcreekdowntown.com if you would like more infomation on participating in Trunk Or Treat. This registration form is only for Spooktacular Stroll.

  • GOBLIN PARTICIPATING BUSINESS – $75

    • Pass out candy to trick-or-treaters!
    • Company name listed on event map
    • Company name listed on event webpage
    • 2 Event Balloons to identify your business
    • MUST provide your own candy or treats (approx. 500 pieces/1 per child)
    • For brick-and-mortar storefronts within the downtown area

    GHOSTLY STARTING LOCATION BOOTH SPACE – $350

    • Booth space at the starting location
    • Company name listed on the event map
    • Company name listed on event webpage
    • MUST provide your own 10x10 tent and table
    • MUST provide your own candy or treats (approx. 1000 pieces/1 per child)
    • For businesses located outside of the downtown area, or downtown businesses that would like additional visibilty
