For my needs to re-create a design for others: 
1- Height 
2- Shoulder to shoulder  
3- Bust and cup (Often bra size, but stores have standardized inaccurate sizing) and based on cleavage showing shoulder to nipple, braless 3-A 
4- Waist (Below the ribs) 
5- Hips  
6-In seam (ankle to crotch) Could add in circumference of thighs if concern of length of garments and measurement at bottom of buttox around the front, 6-A, B 
7- Arm length (shoulder to middle fingertip) and width under armpit, elbow, and wrist. 5- A,B,C 
8- Heel/shoe height 
9- Price range, $= under 100 and shipping added, $$= 100-300, $$$= 300-600, $$$$= 700-1,000, $$$$$= 1,000-3,000 
Price is determined by the quality of fabrics. Why I recommend sending me the fabrics yourself. $1-10 per yard from Walmart will need more work to not fray and will wrinkle. Something $20-50/yard will not wrinkle so much or tear.  
10- Ocassion! If it's beach, I will state fabrics better for sweating in or water contact, where a prom or wedding I will choose more sliming fabrics, patterns, and or washable after wearing.

I have no problem with unsatisfaction and trying again as long as the prodcut is returned.
