By checking this box, I hereby agree and give my permission for Ink or Dye Studio and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (referred to as "Works" hereinafter) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Ink or Dye Studio website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of Ink or Dye Studio's control. This waiver commences upon completion and submission Volunteer interest and to participate in Tattoos for a Cause. Approval or declination of application will be notified to applicant as soon as feasible without guaranteed time frame. Further documentation and information will be forwarded to Volunteer procceding waiver submission. Participation hereinafter will be mandatory in terms of any requested information, documentation, or meetings regarding Event by Ink or Dye Studio.

To abide by strict requirements in place to preserve the Courthouse Green area, all Volunteers are prohibited from placing tables, tents, stakes or anything else that could damage the Green. Volunteer will be 100% responsible in the event damages should occur on their behalf. Event will be hosted rain or shine, and it is the Volunteer's reponsibility to assume presentation regardless of weather. In the event Volunteer needs to cancel participation, Volunteer will contact Ink or Dye Studio with as much notice as possible to accommodate other arrangements. If, for an unforseen reason, this Event is cancelled or rescheduled, Volunteer will be notified immediately.

Ink or Dye Studio shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by Volunteer, including (but not limited to) damage to Volunteer property (including personal and automobiles), or injury that may occur in relationship to Event. Volunteer acknlowedges its' liability in the Event such damages occur and agrees to withhold responsibility of Ink or Dye Studio. Volunteer represents that it has, or will have at the time of the Event, appropriate insurance to cover liability in the event of misconduct and will not hold the Studio responsible if lacking. Volunteer will uphold these policies for participation and agrees to immediately contact Ink or Dye Studio with any concerns regarding such.
