TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE NT2CA SCHOLARSHIP
INTRODUCTION
This document outlines the terms and conditions for all scholarships administered by Naomi
and Titus 2 Covenant Alliance Ministries, Inc. (NT2CA). The applicant is expected to read and understand the terms. By signing below, the applicant agrees with, will abide by, and understands all terms and conditions.
Please read all terms and conditions in their entirety before applying for the NT2CA scholarship. When the applicant submits his/her application form to NT2CA, he/she is accepting the Terms and Conditions and agrees to the requirements and conditions of the NT2CA scholarship.
NT2CA reserves the right to modify or cancel any statement in the program descriptions and
information as it is listed in our above guidelines without prior notice and accepts no
responsibility for the consequences of such changes.
In the case of conflict among these following policies, the most stringent policy shall apply. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to become familiar with these policies, as well as
requirements to keep the scholarship(s).
WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
If a student withdraws on or after the College/University’s first day of class, the student
forfeits that semester of scholarship eligibility. This scholarship may be reviewed
for reinstatement in future semesters. However, the semester in which the scholarship was lost is counted against your total eligibility. If a student receives the scholarship but never attends classes, the student must return all funds back to the organization immediately.
ACCEPTING THE SCHOLARSHIP
The applicant’s NT2CA Scholarship offer letter outlines how to accept, reject or defer (in
select cases only) the scholarship. If the applicant does not respond to the scholarship offered by the date outlined in the offer email, his/her scholarship will be rescinded.
CORRESPONDENCE
All hardcopy correspondence during the application process will be sent to the permanent
mailing address listed on the candidate’s scholarship application. Applicants must provide the correct address and inform NT2CA of any subsequent changes in name or address details by submitting the information via email at info@ntcaministries.org.
DISPERSAL OF FUNDS
The scholarship funds will be sent via check to the academic institution unless another agreement is reached between NT2CA and the recipient. It is the applicant’s responsibility to specify the preferred payment method and provide the necessary payment information (valid mailing address) upon agreeing to accept the NT2CA Scholarship award offer and have the means to receive funds. The NT2CA is not responsible for scholarship funds that are lost or stolen once the applicant has accepted the award offer. All awardees are expected to follow standards of conduct while representing NT2CA as a scholarship recipient. Failure to do so may result in the revocation of the scholarship.
1. Recipients who do not follow the above Conditions and Criteria may have their scholarship revoked.
2. Termination may result in the applicant returning and/or repaying the full scholarship award to NT2CA
GRIEVANCES AND APPEALS
Applicants may lodge complaints about academic and/or administrative matters to the NT2CA Scholarship Committee by emailing mocs@ntcaministries.org or info@ntcaministries.org
PRIVACY
Applying for the NT2CA Scholarship gives NT2CA the right to publish an applicant’s name,
university, and original response for promotional purposes. The NT2CA also reserves the right to send email updates to the public and publish web updates/correspondence about the scholarship recipients and its sponsors.
The NT2CA agrees to respect the privacy of the candidate’s personal information per
application form submissions. The information that applicants provide regarding university
affiliation/personal details on the scholarship application are collected for the purpose of assessing the candidate’s eligibility to receive a scholarship. Other purposes of information collection include handling administrative matters relating to the candidate’s application, admission to the program, and corresponding with the candidate. The information may also be disclosed to contracted service providers that the university/program sponsor uses to perform services on its behalf.
Candidates have the right to access personal information that NT2CA holds about them. If
candidates wish to gain access to or inquire about the handling of personal information, he/she should contact NT2CA at mocs@ntcaministries.org or info@ntcaministries.org
