This game is a collaboration of some of Central Florida’s best people coming together to raise awareness in the community that we are a stronger force when we work together. This game is to promote health, wealth and friendship. So let us tell you a little about P.I.N

P The Pretty Palace. A plus size modeling agency and networking group based out of Orlando Florida. Promoting body positivity in all shapes and sizes .

I Innervison TV. A black owned TV Network and Studio .

N Nicki Fitness. A certified female personal trainer and nutrition coach.

So now that you know a little bit about us, let’s talk about the game. This is a all female football game. This game will be held on August 6th , 2023 At Jones High School football field here in Orlando FL . The game is to raise a wide amount of school supplies for kids in need in this back to school season. This registration form is for people that are interested in playing in the football game. If you are not interested please feel free to come out and be a part of the festivities.

When you register to play you will be required to fill out the form below and submit a payment of $35.00 deposit towards your packages with jersey and other accessories. If the deposit is not paid unfortunately, we will not follow through with your registration.

Any money that you submit for this game toward anything is NON-REFUNDABLE.

All payments towards packages will need to be submitted before July 14th, 2023. We are encouraging that you have it paid before the given date to ensure all materials are purchased in your packages.

When filling out this form please ensure to fill it out thoroughly with the correct information.

You will be responsible for providing the following items for yourself.
- Bottoms (shorts, Leggings. Whatever you are comfortable in BLACK ONLY)
- Sports cleats. Make sure they are comfortable enough to play in.
  
  We are not responsible for any items that you are missing so please come prepared.
If you follow through with registration and playing the game you are required to be at all practices up until game day. If you miss more than 3-5 practices unfortunately we will not allow you to play. If it is an emergency please contact the lead people on your team once you are assigned so we know you will not be at practice .

Please make sure to fill out a waiver at the end of this registration form.

Once registered you will be added to a group telegram chat where you will be able to fellowship with your teammates and coaches. Please make sure to have the updated telegram app on your phone with the correct phone number.
