I give Lake Las Vegas Water Sports full authorization to charge the credit card on file if I violate any of the boater regulations, or cause any damage to my boat. As the driver of the boat, I understand that by signing below I agree to LLVWS driver rules and regulations. I understand if I enter an area off limits, I could be fined up to $1000.00*

I agree and consent to any charges LLVWS seems fit
No Chargebacks: I will not, under any circumstances, issue or threaten to issue any chargebacks to Lake Las Vegas Water Sports for any reason whatsoever related to the boat rental. In the event of a chargeback, the Company reserves its right to report it to the credit bureaus as a delinquent account.*

I agree
Each boat is satellite-tracked accurate to the minute and foot. Once you return your boat you will be required to check out with an office receptionist to confirm no regulations or rules were violated while out on the water.*

Boats are required to stay in the middle of the lake to avoid shallow areas. If you enter a red zone, or get too close to one, you could be fined up to $1000. Stay in the middle of the lake at all times to avoid red zones.*

All areas circled in blue are examples of what the coves on the lake look like. All coves bridges, docks, and beaches on the lake are OFF-LIMITS.*

All boats are required to be returned clean. If your boat is returned dirty, there will be a minimum fee of $150.*

I understand
If any person is caught jumping off the boat or swimming from the boat there will be an automatic $150 fee charged to the card on file. NO SWIMMING IS ALLOWED FROM THE BOAT. This is because we do not want the seats to be wet for the next customer as well as the company is fined as it is outside the rules of the lake.*

As a condition of doing business with Lake Las Vegas Water Sports, we require that you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding credit card transactions.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company or bank for any transactions processed by Lake Las Vegas Water Sports. You understand and agree that any chargebacks or disputes initiated by you will be considered a breach of this agreement.

You also understand and agree that any chargebacks or disputes initiated by you may result in additional fees, penalties, and legal action against you.

By booking, you further acknowledge and agree that you will contact info@llvws.com directly in the event of any issues or concerns regarding transactions processed by Lake Las Vegas Water Sports. You understand and agree that Lake Las Vegas Water Sports will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
