• 2023 Loon Festival Vendor Application

  • Vendor spaces are in Veterans Memorial Square and Cobb Field as detailed below.

The Lincoln Loon Festival will be held on July 20-23, 2023. There are two locations where vendors can apply to vend.

Art, information, novelty toy, and game vendors can vend at the Loon Festival Vendor Market in Veteran's Memorial Square. The Vendor Market is open on Thursday and Friday from 11am-7pm and Saturday from 12:30pm-7pm. The parade begins at 11am on Saturday, so you are welcome to open early if you'd like. Water and electrical connections are available at this location. Vendors can begin setting up on Wednesday, July 20, 12pm-5pm or Thursday, July 21 at 7am. Hookups will not be provided outside of these designated times. Booth fees range from $20-$80 depending on booth size and non-profit status.

Novelty toy and game vendors can vend at Cobb Field, which is where we have our stage and concerts. We cannot provide water or electrical connections at this location. Cobb Field vendors are open Friday 4-8pm and Saturday 3-9pm. Vendors can begin setting up at 8am. Please note that some roads, including Main Street, will be closed on Saturday morning due to the parades beginning at 10:30am. Booth fees range from $15-$60 depending on booth size and non-profit status.

To view the booth options and fees, answer the questions "Are you a game/novelty toy vendor?" and "Are you a non-profit or 501c3 organization?"

Vendors selling food that is prepared on-site must apply through this Food Vendor Application.
