  • You are required to upload the following documents before your funds request can be processed. Please make sure your name, your school name is on all verification. Your transcript should also include your student identification number. 

         1 . Fall (or upcoming semester) School Verification with your               name and your school name on it.
                May include any one of the following:
                *Fall (or upcoming semester) class schedule
                *Enrollment letter (if transferring schools)
                *Tuition statement

         2. Most recent unofficial transcript with your cumulative GPA, your name, your school name, and your student identification number.
