Financial Information - Tuition Payment
2023-24 yearly tuition amount for each enrolling student (“Student(s)”):

(1) Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Enrichment Day) - $3,800.00
(2) Grades 1st – 6th: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Enrichment Day) - $4,800.00
(3) Grades 7th – 12th: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Enrichment Day) - $5,100.00

Tuition pricing is based on each student’s membership and attendance of enrichment classes in the Colorado Home School Enrichment Program. Must be signed up through MZCS.

Curriculum is included in tuition amount.

Class fees, application fees, and enrollment fees are not included in tuition amount.

Mt. Zion Christian School offers three payment options for your childs tuition:

1. Single Installment Plan

The entire tuition amount for all students is due on or before August 1, 2023. Tuition is reduced by 3% (after deducting all other discounts) for any family paying in full by the due date. The 3% discount will be forfeited if Tuition is not paid in full by the date set forth herein. The 3% discount will likewise be forfeited if payment is returned for any reason and not rectified on or before the due dates.

2. Two Installment Plan

Tuition is paid in two installments. The first installment is due on or before August 1, 2023, and the second installment is due on or before January 5, 2024. Tuition is reduced by 1.5% (after deducting all other discounts) for any family paying in full by the due date. The 1.5% discount will be forfeited if Tuition is not paid in full by the date set forth herein. The 1.5% discount will likewise be forfeited if payment is returned for any reason and not rectified on or before the due dates.

3. 10 (TEN) Month Installment Plan

Automatic Withdrawal through F.A.C.T.S. For 10-month payment plan options, enrollment must be completed with F.A.C.T.S. and written (mail, email, or fax) verification of enrollment in F.A.C.T.S must be received on or before August 1, 2023. Automatic withdrawal will be made through the F.A.C.T.S monthly payment plan on the 5th of each month. A F.A.C.T.S. one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee of $45 will be charged at the time of enrollment.

If at any time during the payment plan term with F.A.C.T.S, the payment is denied after three (3) attempts, the family Tuition account will officially enter an “Unresolved” status. The family must contact MZCS within five (5) days of their account going into Unresolved status to make alternative payment arrangements. If the account is not made current and/or alternative arrangements are reached in writing, the student(s) will be officially withdrawn from MZCS, will not be allowed to attend classes, take exams, receive transcripts, or any other services until the full-year Tuition is paid in full.

Tuition General Information

PLEASE NOTE: If selecting Payment Plan Option 1 or 2, if the payment is not made in full by the due dates specified herein, Tuition payments must be made via F.A.C.T.S, and written verification of enrollment in F.A.C.T.S must be provided to MZCS within five (5) days of the date on which Option 1 or 2 payments would have been due.
