I understand that representatives of TOPSS may terminate or decline to grant any volunteer status at any time and for any reason.

I understand that volunteers under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by a guardian or designee who takes full responsibility for that volunteer while they are on TOPSS property.

I herby relieve TOPSS of any responsibility or obligation for injury or losses experienced while volunteering at TOPSS, on TOPSS' property or using TOPSS' equipment.
