Designer agrees to the following:
Confide Vision, LLC agrees to create a custom logo design suitable for you (the client), business identity and satisfactory to the client. CV, LLC promises to deliver your finished logo design in digital image files of high quality to be printed on business related print goods and for web page display once we have been paid in full according to this agreement.
Details:
Logo Concepts and First Viewing - within seven business days of receiving, the clients company info, and receiving a 50% deposit, Confide Vision, LLC will create up to four different logo concepts. Once feedback is received from the client on the design options presented, CV, LLC will make all necessary changes to the logos of the clients’ choice per their request.
File Delivery:
After the final logo design is approved, Confide Vision, LLC agrees to deliver the logo design to you [Client Name] as digital files (.png, .gif, .pdf, .ai., .eps, and/or .jpg graphics file formats). Custom logo packages are delivered to the client by email or if the files are too large for email delivery, Confide Vision, LLC will provide a private link to download a zipped folder of the client’s files.
Ownership:
Confide Vision, LLC gives you the right to use your new logo design for all media outlets useful for your business promotion. Confide Vision, LLC request that they be able to display the clients “New” Logo Image, full name, business name, and website address or company address, for testimonial and promotional purposes in their printed, online portfolios and in printed ads.
Originality:
Confide Vision affirms that all Logo Designs are original and that they own the rights granted under this agreement, and that the rights granted do not conflict any other agreement.
Client’s part of the agreement:
In return for the above-described logo design, Client agrees to pay the total fee payable in two payments. First payment will consist of a logo fee deposit before any work begins and the second/remaining payment, paid once final logo design is approved by client.
Ownership:
The client understands that the final Logo Design belongs to Confide Vision Graphic Design until he/she has paid in full. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Confide Vision owns the Logo and has the right to complete, exhibit, and/or sell the Logo Design if he/she so chooses. CV, LLC also owns all the logo design concepts created upon termination.
Use of Logo:
The client understands that once he/she has paid in full, they have the right to use the Logo Design in all media useful for business promotion and that Confide Vision reserves the right to display the logo in portfolios and promotional displays (example: logo designs on websites or printed on flyers). It is also up to you (the client) to perform a trademark search and federal trademark registration if he/she wants to register their logo.

Termination:
The client has the right to terminate this Agreement if, Confide Vision fails to complete the Logo within 30 days of the signing of this agreement or if, illness or injury, or events beyond our control cause a delay of more than 60 days from the agreed delivery date.
If this contract is acceptable to you (the client) and you are paying with Paypal then, this contact will be consider signed with deposit of money into my Paypal account at info@confidevision.com. If this contract is acceptable to you (the client) and you are paying with a check then, please print out and sign two (2) copies of this agreement. Retain one copy of this agreement for your files and mail one copy with your deposit of 50% of logo design package to:

The undersigned agrees to the terms of this agreement on behalf of his or her organization or business.
