Refund Policy Acknowledgment
1. Cancellations before 2 weeks prior to the training date.

Full Refund available less a $25 cancellation fee.

2. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the training date.

Student is eligible for a refund less a $75 cancellation fee.

3. But, before you cancel!

Did you know? Instead of the refund option, you may reschedule your class to an equivalent class at a future date at no charge.

So call or email us! We are very flexible, the main point is to get you trained!

Due to the effort and preparations we take for each student, we cannot issue refunds for "no-call, no-shows" or rescheduled classes. Just call us! We can work something out for you.
