For Current ASMC students and siblings：

The priority registration will be due 04/30/2023. After that, we will no longer reserve spots for siblings.

现有学生及其兄弟姐妹：优先注册截止日期为2023年4月30日。之后将不再保证为兄弟姐妹保留学位。

For NEW students ONLY:

From 05/01/23, all newly enrolled students will be placed on the waiting list. You don't need to pay the $80 registration fee until we confirm your spots. We will send another round of emails to new students' families to confirm your spot.
Please let us know your child's Mandarin proficiency level in the form, for example, 【no background at all】, or 【two years in Pre-School/Hua Da/ Nam Kue】, etc.
New students without any Mandarin learning background will be placed in Level 1. Most are TK / Kindergarten kids.

5月1日及以后报名的学生，将暂时放到【等候清单】中。新生将按照先到先得的顺序录取，直到所有学位派发完毕。我们会给家长单独发邮件确认学位。请收到确认邮件后，再支付$80的注册费。
填表时请详细说明孩子的中文水平，例如：从未学过，或者在幼儿园/华大/南桥学过两年，等等。
从未学过中文的孩子，将被分配到Level 1，大部分是过渡性幼稚园/幼稚园的学生。

DO NOT turn on【purchase protection】, otherwise, Venmo will charge a transaction fee (1.9% +$0.1).

家长或监护人同意书 Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

1、注册费用不可退还。

2、开学前会通知交学费的时间和金额。超过截止日期付学费，会收取$25/周的滞纳金。按月付学费需要在每月第一个工作日付清。

3、学生因故不能来上课，学费将不退还，除非因老师个人或学校安排等原因无法提供课程。

4. 学生在规定的放学时间后的5分钟宽限期内没有被接走，家长会被收取$1/分钟的迟接费。

5. 对于中文网课，我们要求学生上课期间打开摄像头，以提高学习质量和课堂互动。

1. The registration fee is non-refundable.

2. We will email the tuition payment schedule before school starts. The late payment fee will be charged at the rate of $25/week. The monthly payment is due on the first workday of each month.

3. Unless the class is canceled because of the teacher's personal reasons or school arrangements, the tuition will NOT be refunded if students miss the class.

4. If students are not picked up within the 5-minute grace period following our regular dismissal time, parents will be charged $1 per minute, until the child is picked up.

5. For online classes, we require students to turn on the camera to duplicate the in-person experience and improve learning efficiency.

肖像权使用授权书 Permission to Use Photograph

I hereby grant the permission to ASMC 辰星中文, to take and use: photographs and/or digital images of my child for use in news releases and/or educational materials as follows:

Printed publications or materials, electronic publications, or Web sites. I agree that my child’s name and identity: may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I authorize the use of these images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions and shall be the property of ASMC 辰星中文.
