1.) PAYMENTS
Bank Transfer
All coaching payments must be paid the weekend prior to the training week. Screenshot of the payment receipt must be sent to the coach - this confirms your booking.
Cash
All cash payments are to be made fully at the start of the week. If payment is not received a dishonour fee of $10 will be charged and future appointments may be cancelled.
2.) CANCELLATIONS
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel a session without charge. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the session will incur a 50% fee, while cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be charged the full session rate.
3.) LATE ARRIVALS
Sessions will not be extended (unless time is available) due to the lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client.
4.) ALL THE INFORMATION I HAVE GIVEN IS CORRECT
