A nightly rate of £270 is applied for exclusive use of the property from your dates agreed and detailed in this form. Should unexpected circumstances arrise and you require your stay be extended, flexibility will be accommodated where possible at the same per night rate.

A 40% non refundable deposit will be taken to secure your booking. With the remaining balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than four weeks before arrival are fully nonrefundable unless your reservation is re-sold

No security deposit is required for the duration of the booking however, in the event of any damage to the property or contents you may be held liable for the costs to repair or replace.
