Platform Union Online Coaching – Terms & Conditions By signing up for Platform Union Online Coaching, you agree to the following terms: Coaching Service Includes: Individualised powerlifting programming via Google Sheets Weekly check-ins and video analysis feedback 48-hour coach response time (Monday–Friday) Optional 1 hour call with coach once a month| Access to athlete leaderboard, team group chat, and social events, Seasonal mock meets and optional competition prep support. Video Feedback Requirements: You must submit lifting videos by Sunday each week, Videos must be labelled with the exercise, set number, weight lifted, and RPE Feedback will be provided weekly through WhatsApp Community Conduct:Be respectful and supportive in the Platform Union group chat , Share progress, ask questions, and engage in a positive way Meet-Day Handling: Handling is included for comps in Surrey and Sussex | Outside this area, a £100 day fee applies (covers travel, time, and support)Payment & Cancellations:Coaching is £150/month, billed automatically via Stripe/ A minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required to cancel & Cancellations with less than 4 weeks’ notice will still be charged the next month Commitment: This is a results-driven coaching service built on accountability, honesty, and consistency | You agree to actively engage with your coach ,track your numbers & metrics, and communicate openly with your coach.
