REGISTRATION POLICY:

At registration, there will be a FEE per child non-refundable. Parents and any adult that enters our facility are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly fashion; any violation to this can result in immediate removal from the program. Refunds will not be given due to removal or for the reason of not attending the program.

Bionic Camp, and their employees, are not accountable for children's personal belongings, including electronics.
PAYMENT POLICY:

All PAYMENTS must be kept current and must be paid prior to your child's attendance. Payment is due on the due date for each period. Field trips are included in camp fees. Late payments may result in your child's suspension from the program. If a child withdraws from the program for any reason a written notice of two weeks must be given. All B.I.O.N.I.C campers are required to purchase camp shirts and wear them to camp daily. First initial payment must be in the form of cash, Cash App, Zelle, or debit/credit card.

DISMISSAL/SIGN OUT PROCEDURES

Students may be signed out of the program to leave for the day only by those persons indicated on the registration form as having authorization to do so and produce a photo ID for verification. Children may not sign themselves out and walk/ride their bikes home. The person signing a child out must sign legibly and note the time on the sign out log. Parents/guardians must sign out their child and directly supervise their exit from the facility. If parents arrive between the hours of 4:00-5:00 they will have the opportunity to drive through the designated area outside to pick up their child. Every effort will be made by the staff to make the pick-up process timely. Please stay in the sign out desk area; parents or guardians are not allowed to go beyond this point.

LATE PICK-UP POLICY

Our summer camp closes at 5:00 p.m. There will be a $1 per minute late charge. All Fees are due at the time of pick-up. If the parent is not at the campsite by 5:00, you will receive a call from a Bionic employer. If there is no response from the parent after 20 minutes of closing, a staff member from BIONIC Camp will be forced to contact the proper authorities.

COLLECTION:

In the event that there is a breach of the contract, the responsible party whose name is signed below, agrees to reimburse us the fees of any collection agency, which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 33% of the debt, and all costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, we incur in such collection efforts.

In consideration of my minor child / children being allowed to participate in the BIONIC CAMP INC program related to events activities, clinics, field trips, practices, competitions and classes the undersigned acknowledges appreciates and agrees that: I understand by taking part in this or any sports program, there is a possibility of injury or sickness to my daughter/son. Therefore, with this knowledge I give permission for my child to participate fully in all the programs at B.I.O.N.I.C Summer Camp INC, and due hereby grant authorization of treatment to my child should he/she become injured or ill. I for myself, my spouse, my child, agree to hold harmless B.I.O.N.I.C Summer Camp INC, respective directors, employees, agents, contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent companies for any injury occurred as a result of my child's participation in the BIONIC Summer Camp INC. programs, even if it is shown that they are negligent. For myself, spouse and my child I knowingly and freely assume all risk both known and unknown, even if arising from negligence or the releases or others, and assume full responsibility for my child's participation. I willingly agree to comply with the programs stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual significant concerns in my child's readiness for participation and I or in the program itself I will remove my child from participation and bring such to the attention of the director immediately.

I give B.I.O.N.I.C Summer Camp INC. the right to film, photograph, or videotape my child for any productions associated or in any way connected with television, Social Media or film event in particular reproduction for use in any form of advertisement for B.I.O.N.I.C Summer Camp Inc. promotional purpose.

REFUND POLICY:

Registration fees and tuition fees, will not be refunded and or credited. All fees are based upon the total camp cost of the program. The weekly fee is a breakdown of cost to facilitate parent payment. It is understood that the full tuition will be charged every two weeks and no credits and or refunds will be given if my child is not in attendance, regardless of severe weather conditions (hurricanes), vacations and or illness. There are no exemptions to this policy. No credits or refunds will be given for registration fees & tuition for days absent.
ATTENDANCE/ SIGN IN PROCEDURES

Attendance is taken daily and recorded in the attendance sheets by BIONIC Camp staff. These procedures are in place to ensure the campers' safety. All campers must be signed in by 9am daily. No Camper will be accepted after 9:00 a.m. unless management is notified.

Dress Code

Campers are required to wear their camp shirts EVERYDAY. Campers will not be permitted to stay without a camp shirt. Closed toe shoes must be worn daily.
DISCIPLINE

All children attending the program are expected to follow the "Student Code of Conduct" for Broward County Public Schools (BCPS), and SBBC Anti-Bullying Policy 5.9 Inappropriate behaviors, including but not limited to, cyberbullying,are not acceptable placed on a behavior plan. The consequences for misbehavior will vary from a time out, missing an activity, suspension, or being exited from the program. If a student's behavior endangers or injures another individual, the student may be immediately exited from the program. Students, who have been suspended from the program due to behavior, may not attend until the Director or the person in charge has a conference with the student and parent. Fees will not be refunded for absences due to suspension. After three referral incidents, of which the parent has been notified, a student may be asked to leave the program. Fees paid for those days will not be refunded.

Bionic Summer Camp is closed during Federal Holidays.

Early Bird Registration

* Registration Fee: $50
* Camp Fee: $165
* Registration Period: March 1, 2026 – April 10th, 2026
* Every camper will receive one t-shirt upon registration.

Note: There are no sibling discounts for the Early Bird Special.

Standard Registration
* Starts: April 11, 2026 until all spots are filled
* Registration Fee: $50
* Camp Fee (First Week): $175 The first payment is due upon registering.
* Every camper will receive a t-shirt upon registration, which will be distributed during open house.

Note for Parents:
The registration fee is $50 per child for the first and second child.
A discounted registration fee of $45 applies to the third child.

The camp fee is:

$170 for the second child (sibling discount)

$165 for the third child.
