I value and respect the time of my clients, and ask for the same respect in return. I have implemented a strict 48 Hr Cancellation policy to ensure that my schedule remains filled and that other clients like yourself have the opportunity to book an appointment. I require a valid credit card on file in order to book in my schedule. First time clients are required to pay a $50 retainer to book into my schedule. I understand that unexpected events can occur, and I ask that you please provide us with as much notice as possible in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without a cancellation fee. A "Late Cancel" is when someone cancels their scheduled services within that 48-24 hour window prior to their appointment time. A "Same Day Cancel" is when someone cancels the same day as their scheduled appointment. A "No Call No Show" occurs when a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice.If a client violates this policy, the following actions will be taken:1) Late Cancel: Results in a $50 cancellation fee charged to your card on file.2) Same Day Cancel: Results in a nonrefundable cancellation charge equal to 50% of scheduled services to your card on file. 2) No Call No Show: Results in a nonrefundable cancellation charge equal to 80% of scheduled services to your card on file.In the event that any fees charged are declined, you will not be able to rebook in my schedule until they are paid in full & a valid credit card is on file. Consecutive or multiple late / same day cancels will terminate you from my client list indefinitely. A second No Call No Show will result in the same financial repercussions AND terminate you from my client list indefinitely. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation charge may be applied to future services at the sole discretion of the salon Do you understand completely and agree to abide by and be held accountable to this cancellation policy?

Please provide your ideal booking schedule. Days of the week & hours of the day so we can do our best to accommodate your schedule. The salon is open Wednesday- Saturday only. A booking link will be provided once your forms are completed, but having this information will be helpful if you need assistance and future rebooking.

Single Color Services start at $150. Custom Color Services Start at $275 and up. We provide beautiful results using only the highest quality cutting edge products and your hair's integrity first in mind. We deliver these results (most often) in less than the traditional appointment time. Please confirm that this is within your budget to invest in your dream hair.

Every color appointment includes K18 and/or Olaplex peptide bond protection and repair. Once this form is complete you will be directed to my online booking site to review the available services. I recommend you bookmark that site for easy access and future bookings. If for any reason I don't believe we are a great match for the services you are looking for, you will be notified within 48 hours of that decision. If I believe we are a great match, you will recieve a confirmation email from me with your new client agreement to acknowledge, retainer payment prompt, and instructions on which service is the best fit for you to book through the booking site.
