2. A completed entry form must be submitted by June 30th, 2023.
3. Cost of sign is $25. (proceeds going to Batavia Fireworks fund)
4. Signs purchased online will be delivered to location.

Please submit $25 with this application (PayPal if submitting online or check made out to Batavia Fireworks if paying in person when you drop off your application at the receptionist’s desk at Batavia City Hall).
