Thursday, June 8th: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Lunch at Noon - 1:00 p.m.
Friday, June 9th: 8:30 a.m. - Noon

The registration fee includes lunch, and dinner on Thursday, breakfast on Friday, coffee/beverages each day, meeting room rental, and materials. Guests are also welcome to join us for dinner for an additional $35 per person.

Please register each person individually by Monday, May 22nd or a late fee of $15 will be assessed. WSTA will invoice you after the event.

WSTA Refund/Cancelation Policy

Registration fees for cancelations made prior to 5 p.m. on May 22, 2023 either will be refunded or not invoiced. Refunds will not be made for cancelations made after this date and registrations not canceled prior to this date will be invoiced in full. Substitutions are welcome - please notify a WSTA staff if a substitution is necessary. If paying via credit card and you cancel withing the cancelation period we will issue your refund via check. *Prices for event are per person.
