Budget

Please tell us about what your organization is seeking to fundraise for this specific project. Tip: the funding can be for a portion of a larger project but must have a beginning and end. Here is an example: your org is constructing an arena for equine therapy for trafficking victims recovery and therapy. Arena total project will be $500,000. But, the project for this fundraiser will fund $12,000 to purchase saddles and other tack for the temporary training facility. Later this tack will be moved to the new arena once complete. The $500,000 arena is too large of an ask for this fundraiser but the $12,000 for tack is likely to be approved.

Note: This is an estimated budget, but at the end of your project you'll provide a final expense report detailing how the funds from this campaign were actually spent.

Your proposal should support a specific project (not ongoing expenses for your organization).
The doTERRA Healing Hand Foundation Match Program may remove line items from this budget if they're determined to be "overhead" (examples: salaries, fundraising expenses, on-going rents, supplies not specific to this project, etc.).
If a line item is a monthly expense, the dHHF probably won't include it in the match amount.

Fundraiser Questions
Note: What makes a successful fundraiser class is at least 30 people present in the class. The attendees only need to be open to learning about natural solutions for health and wellness.

No one must commit to buy, all will be presented with an opportunity to buy products but also to simply donate; no purchase is necessary.

A successful class is promoted by the charity (your organization) for between 10 days and 21 days before the fundraiser class.

Drops For Change will supply marketing materials for your organization to use for promotion.

Participants / Donors typically pay $250-500 for a half-day experience and $1,111 for full-day experience including swag, lunch and after-event community admission.
