The Barky Bunch Foster Application.

The Barky Bunch Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. The Barky Bunch Rescue is completely funded through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes or boarding facilities and receive complete medical care, which includes worming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering and microchipping prior to their adoption.

This questionnaire is designed to help The Barky Bunch Rescue and yourself determine if a specific dog is the right one for you and your household. The Barky Bunch Rescue reserves the right to deny any adoption/foster based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions!

I accept full responsibility for the dog(s) actions at all times, and release The Barky Bunch Rescue of any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering/adopting such dog(s). I agree to have The Barky Bunch Rescue complete reference call checks to be able to approve my foster/adoption application. I agree that if I'm unable to foster/own the dog(s) anymore that I will return the dog(s) to Paws Aid and try to give The Barky Bunch Rescue a 4 week period to try and find another suitable foster/adopter for the dog(s).
