Digging Dogs Staff will contact you after form submission. Do not register for the class until we approve your attendance. Registration without approval may result in loss of class fee. The purpose of the questionnaire is to determine if your dog is a good fit for the class. ALL questions need to have an answer - if something does not apply, type in "none"
