WHOLESALE AGREEMENT

All sales made by Black Vanity LLC ("Seller") to you ("Customer") are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale unless indicated by Black Vanity LLC in writing. Do not submit your Wholesale Order Request Form if you don't fully understand the following Terms and Conditions of Sale and agree to abide them. The Seller reserves the right to modify or amend these Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. These Terms and Conditions of Sales also apply to all future transitions unless modified in writing by the Seller and Customer.

PERMISSION TO RESALE

Customer are premitted to resale items purchased through Black Vanity's wholesale program.

ORDER MINIMUMS

Customers must purchase a minimum of ten (10) units of each product requested.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS

Wholesale orders can only be placed through Black Vanity's Wholesale Order Request Form. We accept electronic card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

All wholesale orders are shipped with priority shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Packages will be shipped to the address provided on Black Vanity's Wholesale Order Request Form.

NOTICE OF DEFECTS

Customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise upon reciept. Any visible damage to merchandise must be reported to wholesale@shopblackvanitycosmetics.com within five (5) business days of recieving your products.

MARKETING & BRANDING

Customer agrees not to tamper with Black Vanity's branding on packaging and labels.

Customers should consult Black Vanity via email or phone about marketing each product. Black Vanity is able to provide printing marketing materials upon request (additional fees may apply).

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns and/or exchanges.
