Cancellation Policy.
To ensure we can provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our cancellation policy.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for each service you will be receiving. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your appointment at checkout.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment.
If you cancel within 48 hours or do not attend your appointment, your 50% deposit will be forfeited.
We completely understand that life happens, and we always do our best to accommodate where possible. This policy helps us manage our time effectively and offer appointment opportunities to other clients.
Hair Extension services
These services are not bookable online and require a full consultation for all Hair extension services, Which is bookable online and in salon.
This helps us determine amount of hair needed, what method of extensions we will use and colour match to acheive yourHair desired goal.
* showpony hair is to be purchased in salon prior to your appointment, show pony take 3-5 business days for delivery. Hair is quoted per pack.
This is a non refundable deposit due to Health regulations, we are unfortuantely not allowed to return stock.
Wedding packages
*A booking fee of $150 is required upon booking your hair trial, this is non refundable if you choose not to use us on your wedding day.
*A further $350 desposit is required upon booking your package to secure the date
These both will come off the total price of your package is you go ahead and book us.
Both the booking fee and desposit are non refundable for a cancellation
*Final package payments are required 2 weeks prior to your wedding day
*we have a minimim of 4 people to attend on location
*no refunds will be given to any persons not attending their appointment on the day.
Late Arrivals
Please be on time for your appointment, if you are running late to your appointment please call 9370-2770 and let us know, we usually ave a buffer of 10 mins anything over this time may alter your appointment and we may not have time to complete certain services or appointment service may change to fit in with the remaining tome

Refunds and re do's
In the unlikely event that you are un happy with your hair, we are happy to re do with in the 2 week time frame...
This is free of charge.
However complaints outside the 2 week time frame will be charged.
Unfortunately we do no refund hair services.
We do not refund products due to health regulations, however exchange is fine accompanied with a reciept of proof of purchased, returned unopened and unused with 30 days of purchase.
Confirming your apppointment
Please insure you confirm your appointment prior to attending the salon.
If you are not recieving text messages or emails please update your information at reception.
Salon Contracts
Please read and sign any salon contract we send to you along with salon correspondese, these have vital information about our services, policies and requirements.
