Booking Form

If you are interested in booking a tattoo appointment with me, kindly use the form provided. In case I do not respond within a week, feel free to message me on Instagram or Facebook.

To ensure that we have adequate time to communicate, discuss and finalize your tattoo design, please give me a reasonable amount of time between submitting the form and your preferred appointment date.

Please note that I do not copy other artists' designs, as plagiarism is theft. While I am happy to design something similar, I will not replicate another professional's work or a design that is unique to their clientele.

To maintain my professional standards and reputation, I reserve the right to refuse a tattoo if it is offensive, pertains to criminal activity, depicts hate crimes or sexual violence, or if I believe it could negatively impact your life or my reputation.

All deposits made towards the tattoo will be deducted from the final price. However, please note that deposits are non-refundable as of 48 hours before the session, as failure to show up for your appointment results in a loss of potential business and revenue.

If revisions to the design are excessive or substantial, there may be an additional cost. In such cases, an additional deposit may be requested in addition to the final price. To minimize revisions, please ensure that your description is clear and concise, and include high-quality reference imagery.

Please bring a valid physical ID to prove your age before the commencement of the tattoo session.

If you suffer from epilepsy, communicable diseases, HIV or AIDS, are pregnant, or have any physical, mental, or medical impediments or disabilities that may affect your well-being, please inform me in the notes section as it may impact your eligibility for getting a tattoo.

Lastly, I take my profession seriously, and my reputation is essential to me. In the unlikely event that I refuse a tattoo, please note that it is not a reflection of your personality, gender, ethnicity, or background. My decision is solely based on what I believe is best for my well-being and the well-being of my clientele.

As tattoos age, they blur and fade. Micro tattoos are no exception. There are some things you can do to contribute to the longevity of your micro tattoo, however. For instance, it is strongly advised that you get them in areas where the skin doesn't see as much sun or isn't prone to much friction, such as the inside of your arms. Follow aftercare instructions as closely as possible, and use moisturizer and sunscreen after the tattoo is completely healed to keep your tattoo looking as crisp as possible for years to come. If, after a few years, your tattoo is looking a bit faded and blurred, you are able to get it touched up assuming you've kept the original reference.
