The Tenant Experience Team is committed to providing an engaging and interactive environment to the tenants of Forum.
While all meeting and event bookings con be handled through the online portal at Our875ThirdAvenue.com, the tenant experience team is available to assist in making necessary arrangements for tenant use of the common areas and conferencing rooms
Please note that there will be a 20% service fee added to the tenant invoice for any services procured by our team.

Our875ThirdAvenue.com
Our875ThirdAvenue.com is a tenant portal that is accessible by web or phone application, the Global Holdings app. This application is at the center of the 875 Third Avenue building and creates a cohesive, central location to learn about events in the building, book meeting rooms, and network,
To download the app, search for Global Holdings in your app store. Tenants will be asked to log in with their work email to gain access. Any charges incurred through bookings will be added to the tenant's monthly invoice.

Wireless Internet
Forum at 875 Third offers tenants complimentary high speed, secure wireless Internet in the common areas on the 4th floor. Tenants may be asked to log in with their work email address to gain access, When you use the Forum WiFi we may collect data about:
- The MAC address of your device
- The volume of data that you use
- Your usage by access time, duration and frequency
- Name and email address
Ownership and Management do not assume any responsibility if devices are infected by malicious software, or if personal data is compromised as a result of use. In the event of a wifi outage, management will work diligently to restore this complimentary service but are not responsible for any inconvenience that may arise due to the loss of service.

Access & Visitors
The following guidelines have been established for those who choose to access the Forum at 875 Third:
- Access cards are required when entering Forum at all times. Any person without an access card or visitor pass will not be permitted in the space.
- Guests/visitors should be pre-registered in advance for expedited building entry. Tenants con register guests via Building Intelligence Visitor Management system at https://875thirdvisitor.sv3.com/session/new must present a valid government issued ID card to security whether they are pre-registered or not.
Common Areas
The following guidelines have been established for those who choose to utilize the common areas of Forum at 875 Third:
- The common areas are open for use exclusively for tenants of Forum and their registered guests.
- The pantry in Forum is a shared amenity and service for tenants to store and prepare food. Tenants are expected to respect the property of other tenants in this space and only use their own items.
- Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted in the common areas. All seating is available for eating at a first come, first serve basis. Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves and messes should be reported to the building management team.
- The common areas are meant to foster community and provide the tenant with a collaborative space outside of their physical office. Any actions deemed unprofessional by the tenant experience team will not be tolerated This includes, but is not limited to, sleeping, loud talking, and smoking.
- The building is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Meeting Rooms
The following guidelines have been established for those who choose to utilize the Forum meeting rooms as if pertains to the building:
- The meeting rooms in Forum are not open for public use and are an exclusive amenity for tenants of Forum. Meeting rooms are available at a first come, first serve basis.
- To book a meeting room, tenants must go to the tenant portal at Our875ThirdAvenue.com or contact the Tenant Experience Manager at tenant.experience@gh-mgmt.com. If is recommended to book in advance as these rooms are available at a first come, first serve basis. Tenants may also reserve rooms by following the screen prompts at the entrance of every meeting room.
- Use of the meeting room space for social purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties and any other social gatherings that management deems not appropriate for a commercial office building. Consumable charges for services such as cleaning, security, and/or fire guards are additional. - Tenants are expected to leave the meeting room in the condition in which the room was found Any damages may result in additional charges.
- The equipment, furniture, and furnishings in the meeting rooms are available to use at no extra cost. If any equipment, furniture, and furnishings go missing or are damaged, the tenant will be charged for the cost. Should anything seem damaged prior to the start of your meeting, please contact the tenant experience team immediately.
- Tenants will be required to go through the approved A/V vendor for any additional needs. These requests must be made two weeks in advance and are dependent on availability. In the event of any A/V or internet malfunctions, tenants will still be obligated to pay for the room rental in full.
- Outside food and drinks are permitted in the meeting rooms. If tenant requires assistance in ordering food or catered services, please contact the tenant experience team at tenant.experience@gh-mgmt.com. These requests should be made in advance and are dependent on availability. Tenant is expected to remove all trash and mess at the end of the scheduled meeting.
- When bringing in outside vendors, tenants will be required to submit a certificate of insurance.
Cancellation Policies
Meeting room cancellations will be accepted without penalty if notice is given twenty-four hours or more prior to the booking. Meeting room bookings that are canceled with less than the twenty-four hour notice may result in additional charges or loss of scheduled allowance hours. Any consumable charges that have already occurred related to canceled meeting will still be charged to the tenant.
Holiday Closures
The building may not accept bookings during major holidays. This includes:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Day after Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Friday after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
