Immediately following April 5th, the participants for the Summer Academy 2025 will be selected.
The invitations will be sent out to the candidates by email. After receipt of the invitation, the candidate must respond by email within 48 hours, confirming his/her/their participation in the course. Too late a response might result in loss of a place.
After receiving the students confirmation, FCA will send an email containing our agreement as well as "house" rules and recommendations and practical information of the course which must be signed and returned no later than May 15th.
The payment deadline for the course fee is May 1st.
Only after FCA has received the signed agreement and tuition fee is participation in FCA guaranteed.
Any fee payed to FCA is non-refundable.
Only in rare cases (force-majeure, serious personal circumstances etc.) the course fee can be reimbursed. The team of FCA reserves the right to judge which circumstances can be considered as such.
