Conference materials include table displays, poster display at registration, slideshow in conference room. To ensure your organization is recognized on all Annual Conference materials, you must submit the sponsorship form WITH LOGO by July 15! Thank you for your understanding.

Your support comes with a pre-set number of conference registrations: Diamond/Platinum = 4, Gold = 3, Silver = 2. Please provide the names of the individuals you would like to register, if known at this time (usually, it's the people who will also be manning your trade show table, if you choose to have one).
