10-Foot Putting Game
For practicing 10-foot putts, try the 10-foot-10-point game.
Goal:
To win by getting 10 points in the fewest "holes" possible.
Rules:
1. Drop a ball between nine and eleven feet from the hole 2. Putt until you hole out 3. Keep track of the number of holes played. NOTE: please use different lengths (9-11 feet), different breaks, and different slopes every chance you can. No gimme's, stay disciplined.
Scoring:
TWO points if you make the first putt (9-11 footer). ZERO points if you take 2 putts to hole out and your first putt stops past the hole (or hole-high). LOSE one point if it takes you 2 putts to hole out, but your first putt is short. LOSE three points if you 3-putt or worse.
Final Results:
Win the game when you reach +10 points, lose the game if you reach -10 points. Record the number of 'holes' you played to win below.
