Fancy Freelancers is expanding. As our client base continues to grow, we are opening opportunities for qualified professionals to join our agency.

We are currently accepting applications for the following roles:

General Virtual Assistant
Tech Virtual Assistant
Medical Biller
Virtual Office Manager

How many hours will I be working?

Your workload will depend on the service area and the needs of the client.

For Virtual Assistants, clients may select support packages of 20, 40, 80, or unlimited hours per month. If a client selects an unlimited package, you will not be required to track time. Instead, you will focus on completing assigned tasks and responsibilities.

For Medical Billers, workload is based on the client’s billing volume and number of accounts assigned. Depending on the workload, this could range from a half-day schedule to a full-day schedule, especially if you are supporting multiple clients.

For Credentialing Specialists, work is typically contract-based per provider or project, rather than hourly. The scope and expectations will be outlined within the credentialing agreement.

Fancy Freelancers strives to maintain a balance between fair client pricing and competitive contractor pay. Compensation and workload expectations will be discussed during the hiring process.

How is compensation determined?

Fancy Freelancers is committed to maintaining a balanced structure that supports both competitive client pricing and fair contractor compensation. Pay details are discussed during the hiring process.

Can I support more than one client?

Yes. Contractors may work with multiple clients. However, during the initial onboarding period—typically the first 60 days—we prioritize focused support to ensure a smooth transition and strong client relationship.

Contractors may work across various industries and may collaborate with other Virtual Assistants depending on client needs.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
