20 Foot Lag-Putting Game
Try this to hone in your lag-putting skills.
Goal:
To win by getting 15 points in the fewest "holes" possible.
Rules:
1. Drop a ball between 15 and 25 feet from the hole 2. Putt until you hole out 3. Keep track of the number of holes played. NOTE: please use different lengths (15-25 feet), different breaks, and different slopes every chance you can. No gimme's, stay disciplined.
Scoring:
FIVE points if you make the first putt (15-25 footer). ONE point if you take 2 putts to hole out and your first putt stops within 3 feet of the hole and short (approx. putter length). ZERO points if you two putt, but first putt is outside 3 feet or long of the hole. LOSE three points if you 3-putt or worse. Lose the game if your score drops to -15 or worse.
Final Results:
Win the game when you reach +15 points, lose the game if you reach -15 points. Record the number of 'holes' you played to win below.
