My appointment will begin with a 10-15 minute consultation to refine the plan for service and to finalize pricing as needed.

I understand that Distinctive Hair by Tina has a 24 hour cancellation policy and if my appointment is canceled with Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation and No Show appointments will result in a rescheduling fee of 50% the service(s) booked.
These fees must be paid in full before booking a future appointment.
I reserve the right to refuse appointments for any reason.
