Termination:
For a member to terminate cluster membership, written notice is required 30 days before the end of the year of the current
membership. Otherwise, it will be assumed that membership will be renewed for another year. A pro-rata amount will be
allocated up to the end of the notice period, after which membership will be terminated.
The DCC Executive Committee reserves the right to terminate a membership, at their discretion, including, but not limited to the
following scenarios:
1. Membership fees not being paid within 60 days of invoicing.
2. Illegal and/or anti-competitive behaviour as outlined in South African legislation and competition law.
3. Divisive or destructive behaviour with cluster members, cluster facilitators, industry and/or third-party service providers to
the DCC
Notwithstanding termination, all membership fees will remain due.
I also give the DCC permission to use our logo on their website and publications, as well as any photos taken of our staff or firm
during training workshops or events. Furthermore, I confirm that the collection, processing and storage of personal information
by the DCC for the purpose of delivering the programmes set out above falls within the scope of my company’s policies relating
to the protection of personal information, as contemplated in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
