Additional Information

1. The parent/ guardian will be sent an eMail with information regarding the club's Safeguarding policies. After reviewing this information, the relevant forms must be completed, signed and then returned to the club. Completion and return of these forms is required prior to the junior member being elected to membership.

2. Although subscription invoices will be sent to the Junior Applicant's eMail address it is the parent/guardian who, by their signature at the bottom of this application, agrees to be responsible for the payment of the specified fees.
