Fee: $150 per meet. All payments are to be completed on line only.
Meets will not be posted on the calendar until the fee is paid. Meet Information document (utilizing the meet template) & meet event file may be submitted here or within 20 days of application submission.
You may submit up to 4 meets per application.
Minimum Officials Requirement: Clubs seeking sanction to host a meet must have, at a minimum, one (1) person in each of the following positions: a referee, starter, administrative official, and stroke and turn official currently registered and committed to officiate all sessions of the meet before a sanction is granted and prior to posting/distribution of the meet announcement.
If the meet application is requesting approval within 2 weeks of the first day of the meet there is a $100 RUSH / EXPEDITE fee.
