DISPOSAL OF ABANDONED PROPERTY

When a tenant vacates this property, it is the tenant's responsibility to remove all personal property from the unit. If any personal property is left in the unit after the tenant has vacated/moved out of the unit, the HRA will charge the tenant for removing and disposing of the property.
