    ABOUT THE POSITION: We are looking to hire a new consultant to expand our Client Success Team in the next 30 days. The Financial Strategy Consultant plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through personalized financial strategies to reduce debt, improve financial stability and build long-term financial health. This role focuses on client education, engagement and retention while identifying opportunities to provide additional financial solutions tailored to each client’s unique situation.

    You will serve as the trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring they stay on track with their financial plans and feel supported throughout their journey. A blend of financial advisory, client coaching and strategic consulting is required to excel in this position.

    KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

    Client Financial Strategy & Consulting

    • Develop and implement customized financial strategies to help clients eliminate debt and achieve financial independence.
    • Clearly communicate complex financial concepts in an easy-to-understand and relatable way to clients.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and accountability to ensure clients follow their personalized financial roadmaps.
    • Educate clients on various financial products, strategies and tools that align with their needs and goals.
    • Troubleshoot client concerns and roadblocks while providing real-time financial guidance.

    Client Engagement & Community Support

    • Respond to client emails, text messages and forum posts by the end of each business day.
    • Actively moderate and engage with the client community on Circle (our support and engagement platform).
    • Conduct regular check-ins and progress tracking for clients to ensure continued motivation and success.

    Sales & Revenue Expansion

    • Identify upselling opportunities for clients who would benefit from additional financial products or coaching.
    • Effectively guide clients toward the next step in their financial journey, whether that be additional education, a consultation with a financial professional or another product offering.
    • Utilize persuasion and education to encourage client participation in Accelerated Banking’s higher-tier programs (i.e., real estate investing at a $15K level).

    PREFERRED BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

    The ideal candidate may come from various backgrounds that lend well to this role:

    • Financial Sales – Mortgage lending, financial advising or banking experience.
    • Education – Teachers, financial literacy educators or trainers with strong communication skills.
    • Ministry & Coaching – Pastors, counselors or life coaches with experience guiding people through important life decisions.
    • Customer Success & Support – Strong background in client engagement, troubleshooting and guidance.

    COMPENSATION: The compensation for this position is $60,000 annual base salary during the first 90-day probationary period, and $66,000 post-probation. Addional compensation in the form of bonuses and performance incentives is based on client retention, success rates and ascension performance. 

    LOCATION/HOURS: This is a fully remote position, but must be willing to work PST hours. Preference for Phoenix, AZ metro-based candidates.
