    Our Political Education & Action Committee (PEAC) is a non-partisan political action fund to elect pro-worker, pro-healthcare candidates who champion the issues we care about. It's how we pool our resources to ensure OFNHP members have a strong voice in Salem and Olympia.   • Choose the amount you would like to donate. Most members donate $10 per pay period, but you can choose any amount you want. For Oregon residents, up to $50 for individuals and $100 for joint tax filers can get their donations back as a rebate. This amounts to $4.16 a month for single filers and $8.33 a month for joint filers.

    Enter the amount you would like to donate per month and it will be deducted at the same time as your dues are deducted.

    I understond that OFNHP-PEAC uses the money for political purposes relating to state and local elections. Contributions to OFNHP-PEAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes Contributions may qualify for a political tax credit on Oregon's income tax return. This authorization shall remain in effect until discontinued in writing by me. My signature shows that I have read and agree with these terms.

    By signing below I understand that I am not required to sign this form or to make any contributions to this political action committee as a condition of my employment or membership in the union and that I can revoke this authorization at any time.

    According to Washington state law, no employer or labor organization may discriminate against an officer or employee in the terms of conditions of employment for (a) the failure to contribute to, (b) the failure in any way to support or oppose or (c) in any supporting or opposing a candidate, ballot proposition, political party. or political committee.
