CONDITIONS AND TERMS
1. Cost: $20 flat fee per event. Venders will open at 5:00pm. Band will play from 6-10.

Please make check or money order payable to Pekin Area Chamber of Commerce. Mail to Pekin Chamber of Commerce, 402 Court St., Pekin, IL 61554.

2. Fee includes one 12 by 12 feet space. You must provide your own tent(s), table(s), and chair(s)or food truck. Vendor space is limited. This event is outside.
3. Your contract applications will be processed on a first come first serve basis. We will do our best to not have duplicate vendors. This is a rain or shine event. This event is outside.
5. We reserve the right to select vendors so that we have a broad representation of products. No refunds for vendor space.
6. Check in/set-up is from 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM only. Your booth must be staffed at all times.
7. Violators of the conditions & terms of this agreement will be asked to cease operating their booth & will forfeit their fee payment. They may also not be allowed to participate in any future Downtown Pekin events.

I the duly authorized representative of the undersigned organization, on the organization’s behalf do subscribe and agree to all terms and conditions contained in this contract. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Pekin Downtown Street Party, Pekin Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Pekin, for any loss or injury that may occur during the event.
