SPAY/NEUTER VOUCHER APPLICATION

Finney County Humane Society, spay/neuter voucher program, raises funds to various efforts to assist with the cost of spay/neutering companion animals to Finney county household that need financial assistance.

The voucher process could take up to two weeks, so be sure to submit prior to having the surgery done. Approved vouchers will need to be physically picked up from FCHS and be taken to your veterinarians’ office at the time of your animals’ appointment. We will notify you if the voucher application is approved.

Please return voucher by mail to PO Box 2031 or drop it off at the FCHS animal shelter during our 12-6pm, Tuesday to Saturday business hours or email it to adoptgck@gmail.com.
