LADY LEGACY MISSION STATEMENT: The Lady Legacy Scholarship Foundation serves female golfers in the SPECIFIC counties of Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair, Blount, Tuscaloosa and Walker (in the state of Alabama) by providing educational services and competition with integrity in the true spirit of the game of golf. The Foundation supports junior golf by providing grants to middle school and high school girls' golf programs, and provides college scholarships to deserving female golfers. (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR A GRANT IF YOUR SCHOOL IS NOT LOCATED IN ONE OF THE SPECIFIC COUNTIES listed above, in the State of Alabama. THANK YOU!

Please remember that the DEADLINE to request funds is February 3, 2025 and this application process will no longer be available after that date. You will be notified no later than February 20 of grant request decisions.

IMPORTANT: IF YOUR SCHOOL TEAM SHOULD RECEIVE A GRANT, A DETAILED AND DOCUMENTED SUMMARY OF HOW FUNDS WERE USED WILL BE REQUIRED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RECEIPT ALONG WITH A TEAM PHOTO AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. BY ACCEPTING THE GRANT, YOU ARE ALLOWING THE LADY LEGACY SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION (LLSF) TO USE YOUR TEAM'S PHOTO ON OUR WEBSITE AND FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES OF OUR FOUNDATION. Members of our Board of Directors will also schedule a school visit for new applicants and every few years to meet the coach and teams. Thank you for your application!
